AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.

Where an item is unavailable, Drink N Heal Juices will contact you regarding the substitution of products, an alternative will be supplied and upon delivery, you will be made aware of unavailable items and their substitutes.

All amendments to placed orders must be completed by 12.00pm the working day before the delivery day.

2. For all cancellations, the daily price of the package will be adjusted to reflect the number of days  delivered, and there is a £50 administration charge (Admin Charge) to cover Drink N Heal Juices’ internal administration costs and card processing fees.

3. If you notify us that you wish to cancel at least three full working days before your first delivery, Drink N Heal Juices will cancel your order and refund a maximum of the full amount paid by you (less the Admin Charge).

DELIVERY

We endeavor to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

All juice orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please understand that our drivers are advised to never leave juice unattended. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number. Your juices will be sent back to us if no one can sign for delivery and re-delivery will be done at the customer’s expense.

If we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions/strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered under these terms and conditions.

You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

HEALTH

We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. Drink N Heal Cleanses may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. Drink N Heal Juice Cleanse is also not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.
